Recognizing the need for early intervention among children with special needs, Mr. Kramer sought to create a model that could provide the multidisciplinary services that children require, in the least restrictive environment - regardless of ability to pay.
This resulted in the establishment of collaborative relationships with other childcare providers and the development of both the Integrated Classroom Model and the SEIT (Special Education Itinerant Teacher) model, which was further advanced by Toby Teichman, Director of IncludEd’s Queens Division.

IncludEd is recognized as unique in the fields of Early Childhood Education, Special Education and Therapy Services because of its collaboration with HeadStart, in regular classroom settings. Together a full menu of services including health, nutrition and community involvement is offered. In addition, parents partner and have an integral role in the outcome and successful development of their children.
Our collaborations with ethnic populations are without equal. We service multicultural and diverse communities. We have administrators, therapists, teachers and staff that speak and provide services in many languages including: English, Russian, Hebrew, Farsi, Spanish, Chinese, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, Punjabi, French, Yiddish, French Creole, and Zulu.
